Instructions for use of the product:

• Preparation:
  • Make sure the device is unplugged before inserting the terminals into the soldering iron's heating head.
  • Select the appropriate clamp according to the type and size of the plastic damaged part.
• Connection and heating:
  • Connect the device to the power supply and wait a few moments for the device to heat up to the desired temperature (up to 750°C).
  • Use LED lighting for better visibility while working, especially for precise corrections.
• Plastic welding:
  • Place the clip on the damaged area and gently insert it into the plastic material until it is securely attached.
  • Be careful not to overheat the plastic; the clip should burn evenly into the material without damaging it.
• Cool down and finish:
  • Once the clip is in place, allow the plastic to cool and harden.
  • If necessary, you can additionally smooth the surface with fine sandpaper for a better aesthetic appearance.
• Cleaning the device:
  • After finishing work, clean the soldering head and turn off the device. Store it in a safe place after it has completely cooled down.
